Do I remove that metal that the fussy and rubber are in or do I have to leave it in and reuse it. Where is a good place to but the replacement stuff. And what all do I need to buy. Are there any videos that can help me out.

They are poor quality. Some of the clips have broken and they never did sit at the right elevation. I called them, they said they would send new parts. Never received them, called them again, never received them... this went on like 3 times via telephone. I eventually gave up on them.
