There doesn't seem to be any easy access to the nuts on the inside of the frame. Is there any way to get at these without having to cut into the frame? I'll also need access for the new mounts.

I was taking out the whole wheel assemblies anyway and you can quite easily get at the nuts. Thanks for the suggestion.
