6 Screws (3 each side) on top lip under dash to firewall
1 bolt each lower corner of dash
2 braces to firewall
Make sure the windshield regulator is disconnected and all wires/cables as well as the steering column bracket.
It does come out!

Everything was disconnected it just took a few blows with the palm of my hand upward to free it up
