It looks like a Wix51010 might fit. Same as a Ford Tractor. Check the measurements

I looked at the WIX web site loaded the P/N WIX51010 and got this reply:
There is no information available on the part number you submitted. I will take the canister into a parts house and check various filters. There must be one out there somewhere.

Tim,
Thanks. I never thought about Ebay.
Have you used this filter in the AC L-4 canister?

Still searching for a filter for the AC L-4 oil filter.
The WIX 51010 fits in the container but is about 1/4" too tall. The lid cannot go all the way down to seal.
Any other suggestions appreciated.

Harold,

Have you checked out this tech tip? Pat was helpful in setting me up with the correct housing/bracket for my project. I would bet he knows some interchange options off of the top of his head.

Paul,
Yes, he helped me ID the filter housing. I have sent him 2 emails regarding the filter element, 1 in Nov & another in Dec but have not received a reply. He must be busy.

Heard from Pat. He advised the original filter was a AC P-110 paper oil filter. I cannot find a cross reference for this number. Can anyone offer a solution?
Thanks Harold

I have the same filter in my 47'. Just go to NAPA and tell them the filter number. They probaby have a direct replacement on the shelf.

Try the Wix WL7000 it might fit. Get the measurements, I would bet that NAPA has one that will fit.

Steve,
I cannot find any info on the WIX WL7000. It does not show on the WIX site or any cross reference.
Do you have a site or another #?
The closest NAPA is 1 hour away. I tried to call but they were too busy to look it up in their records.
Thanks,
Harold

Tim,
Thanks for the links. The name has changed to KILLER FILTER. They must make it since the WIX site has no info on the WL7000.
I'm surprised Google did not cross reference this when searching for WL7000.
Thats what is good about the FORUM; there is always someone that can supply the correct info.
