so i have LONG loved this idea and have been seeing more and more of them on image searches. i even once found a thread of a guy who extended a '59, but wasn't real well documented and no clue where any more.

well last week i picked up a 1955 6400 with a grain body. i'm a 6'3 dude and i drive the thing with my shoulders on the back glass. ultimate idea is a flat bed to haul my jeep on while towing the airstream, but that is years away.

anyone out there know of a build thread? tips? anyone on here done this? just post a of a truck you love.
