I feel pretty good. After completely disassembling my 52 pickup and putting it back together I only have two left over parts. The two brace rods are shown in the attached photo. I have the shorter brace rods on the rear of the front and rear fenders and the two on the front of the hood. Probably something obvious but any advice is appreciated. brace rods

What years were those rods used on AD trucks. I sure don't have those on my '50 like DADS50.

My 52 did not have them either. I didn't buy it new (I was -6 years old then), so I don't know if they were removed at some point.

I forgot mine too.

Dads50,if my memory is right,isn't one side longer than the other ?
