Horn, spring, plastic spacer...etc? Please? I was not planning to use the custom wheel so I did not pay much attention to how it goes. Now having a mental, can't remember deal... First thing in is the concave plate, second is the plastic spacer, then the wheel and it is all held together with the plastic piece with the 3 screws. | | |
