I've been seeing 58 and 59 Fleetsides with chrome trim on the "spears" that run the length of the bed sides. Anybody know who sells these? Thanks

Not sure if they are repro'ed or not but see the pieces on ebay occassionally. They are pricy if I remember correctly.

I thought at first they might be custom, but I've seen them on several trucks lately and they're all the same... Thanks

they were part of a factory option trim package that few people got back then, so rare, and no one repops them - if ya find a set [or even part of] scoop'em if yu can afford'em!

Like a lot of things, Jim Carter's has info on these in his tech section.

This is great information! I am in the process of buying a truck that has this bed trim, and there is not a lot of information out there about it.

I'm curious what the option or RPO number for this trim package was. Does anyone have that available? I can't find it in any of my books (standard catalog, factory shop and assembly manuals, etc).

you won't find it listed anywhere as it was one part of a deluxe trim package that would have been included if the truck the package was for was a fleetside, and it was a one year thing - all the books like assembly manuals are reprints of the 55 manual - would need a 'salesmans accessory options listing' kind of book from the 59 model year to show it, where the RPO number would be for the deluxe trim package on any TF pickup [chrome bumper, headlite rings, hubcaps, and cab-window trim + some interior stuff]
