Is it possible to replace the upper hinge hold open springs without disassembling the whole hinge strap from the body? Thanks, Mike

Nope. It is like a chinese puzzle even with the hinge totally disassembled.

Kinda figured that out Carl, was hoping for an outside chance! There is a good video on UTube by Jerry Kassis on rebuilding them. Thanks
