The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Paint and Body Shop Plastic filler

I know most of us don't want to use any more filler than we have to but when you do, what brand/type do you prefer? What's easiest to work with? I always use a fiberglass reinforced version first over any seamed patch work, but am looking for recommendations for regular plastic filler thats easy to work for final filling (before glazing filler)! Thanks!

RAGE gold is my favorite. Then Evercoat "GLaze coat" for the skim coat to finish.

Made by 3M: It's called "Marine Premium Filler" It's got what 3M says a "Vynl Ester" It doesn't shrink as much as most of the other brands. Easy to work with. They use it on boats and can be used below the water line.
It's EXPENSIVE. I was told about it from a Sterling paint rep. I found the stuff at "West Marine".... a boating supply retailer.
