I'm rebuilding the braking system on my Rescue Squad, I have done the rear wheel cylinders & Master Cylinder, the brake booster is out for rebuild. I need to know if any one has numbers for the front Wheel Cylinder & a rebuild kit fo rthe Booster. The large rubber diafram in it it ripped and I got fluid on the vacunm side.
Here is what i can help with, I have the following numkber for the 50-60 Chevy truck & 3500-4000 GMCs.
I got these from NAPA but once I had the numders I could find them on O'Reilly site too.
the rea brake system on my truck has 2 wheel cylinders on each side, a forward one and rear,
Raybestos, forward cylinder - WC-18196 $37
Raybestos, rear cylinder - WC-37042 $ 44
The master cylinder I found the following;
Dorman M87167
Fenco {Autozone} NM34404
I hope this helps some of you out, and I hope some of you can help me out.

Right WC19091 $8.97
Napa p/ns Left UP19090 $27.49 Right UP19091 $27.49
As to the booster those are usually sold exchange, I'll see what I can find, hope that helps. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 268 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 268 | I found a place that will rebuild it, the booster, they don't sell kits, but have boxen of parts they pull from and just match up what you have with what they have.
I'll see if those number for the front cylinders will work on the O'reilly site, we don't have an account with NAPA and I don't want to pay full price again.

I just figured that there would be at least two sets of horns?
Anywho, I'm swapping axles to a Dana80 and solid front from a
'00 3500hd and don't think I'll be going back to the hydra-boost that came STOCK on my '64.
It looks like someone 'went through it' at some point in the not so distant past.
I wonder if it would fit yours?
