Does anyone have the installation template for where to drill the holes, if so can you scan and email to me? I have the accessory installation book but that doesn't give measurements. If I drill the 1-1/2" hole at the dimple I can hold the hardware in place and line it up and mark the screw holes...sometimes I make things harder that they really are by over thinking, thanks for the help!
