Switch is then removed thru engine compartment. Be sure to disconnect battery first or you'll have fireworks. Switch is the same for 46 and my 49 so I would think removal is the same. Also watch for brittle wiring.

Also did you check for power at the terminal block on the fender? That would tell you if the switch is bad unless of course a wire went bad between the switch and the terminal block.there should be no power to the switch unless the headlights are on but disconnect the battery after you check for power at the terminal block. | | | | | Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 3 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 3 | Thanks for the help, I will check it at the terminal first, it seems like a hassle trying to get to it laying on your back.
