I was wondering if there is way to use 66 chev pickup front brake drums on my 55 panel.i would like to get rid of those ball bearings.

prolly not, but there are rollers available for the earlier hubs if you really think they're preferable .... which they're not, the rollers on the earlier trucks are only really recommended if you're going to disc brakes, the ball bearings work fine if kept properly adjusted, even some high end new vehicles use them

Whats wrong with the ball bearings? I have no problem at all with the ones on 54 3100 or 54 Belair sedan.
