For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 367 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 367 | I have a line on what's either a '54 4100 or 6400 (waiting on confirmation). It's a 5 window cab in great condition and all the sheet metal, etc.
BUT...I want to use it on a '49 3100 frame. I have no idea what the size differences are. Can this be done or are the dimensions for the front sheet metal totally wrong? | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | as said on your other post, cabs interchange, but on the 1.5T and up fenders are different to accommodate the bigger wheels/tires, would fit on a 1/2T frame but look quite odd
