I have been trying to find a plug or spigot to drain the coolant from my 250 CID Chev 6 engine. Is there such a thing or am I just blind ?

Drivers side, towards rear of block, just above the oil pan rail. Its a small steel plug that a 7/16" wrench should fit on, threads are 1/8" pipe. Both of mine have one.

Thanks Joe. I would have never guessed that one. Good looking truck you have. Mine will never be that good as my intention is to maintain an old farm truck rust, faded paint and all.

Mine started out to be just something to drive, I just didn't quit in time for that to happen!
