Trying to do the final button up stuff to hear the motor run for the first time.
Noticed heater core has two different size taps. Does it matter which one goes where on the water pump?

I'm sure my truck is set up as it always has been. Inner tap for the heater core is 5/8 and the outer one is 3/4.
But, tap on the water pump and thermostat housing are for 3/4 hose.
I did install an earlier heater control valve. Since they are easier to ffindfrom the parts suppliers.
