Lost my brakes today, pedal didn't feel right (too much travel), then they went to the floor, I'm glad GM sychronized their trannies! I checked the master cylinder (empty) and started pumping the pedal to look for a blown line. Couldn't see any but I suspect a seeping wheel cylinder. The level in the master cylinder didn't drop. I could see the rod and piston moving, but the fluid isn't going anywhere. When I get it home I'm going to pull the drums and check the wheel cylinders, but I'm wondering if the master cylinder is the culprit. I've had them leak, but why isn't the brake fluid going anywhere? I plan to go through the brakes from one end to the other, but I guess I'm looking for a starting point. John
