| | | | Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 137 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 137 | I have a 69 GMC C25 Camper Special: 350 V8 with 400 Turbo tranny. I was replacing the rear universal joint and in the clean phase noticed a screw on cap on the yoke going into the center hanger block. The only thing I could see it doing is holding a thin washer that slides onto the spine. Is there something missing? If not, what is its function?
