Can someone give me a couple of location dimensions for mounting the original style radio antenna on the cowl fender extension? I have three used cowls, and they have all been drilled later in life in the wrong place.

The original antenna would have come with a template to use, but that is not supplied with replacement parts.

A measurement down from the top of the cowl, and from the front of the cowl, either to the actual antenna, or to the hole centerline would be good.

Thanks Hot Rod John, the pictures show the OEM location as well as a typical aftermarket one. Obviously when someone drills their own hole to install an aftermarket antenna, they don't stop to think about exactly where it should go. The OEM has a bracket to hold it in place, and it has to be close to the front of the cowl in order to use the bracket.

So I have two cowls in my shop that have the hole punched way too far inboard, and one on the truck, which is at the paint shop. I pulled up my photos of the truck in progress, and it appears that the one on the truck may be drilled correctly. Unbelievable! I'll find out next week.

Looks like the one I put on the truck is an OEM hole! Great!
