Need floorpans Need patch panels for back corners of cab Need wiring harness AND much more... Oh..and do they make complete bolt kits for frameoffs for these trucks...I think they make them for some... Any suggestions on some good parts catalogs or where to find them?

Yes, there are complete bolt kits (did you crack just a few!). Check any of the major suppliers (e.g. Jim Carter or Chevy Duty via the links page). While you're there you can check out floor pans. Might figure out the drivetrain first to see if you need more tranny clearance.
