Could someone tell me what type of fasteners(2) are used to bolt the retaining clip that holds the center hood hinge to the firewall and what size and if it has backing plate attached inside the cab for a 1946 Chevrolet pickup. Thank you. Jim-
Found a plate that matches the retainer bracket holes in the glove compartment. Then I found a couple of chrome plated machine screws. It is all coming back to me now, I think I figured it out.
Could you post a photo link for these parts? I'm in the process of reassembling my '46 1/2 ton to check all the sheet metal fit before paint. I'm uncertain I have these pieces. Thanks
