I have tried PB Blaster, evapo-rust, and now have it soaking in 50/50 mix of ATF and acetone. Any help is much appreciated.

Have you tried turning the crank handle while trying to turn the sprocket. You might be able to clamp some soft wood on the sprocket to give you leverage. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 212 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 212 | Can you remove the Crank mechanism from the Dash? ( Should be pretty easy...just two Screws if memory serve ).
Best to clean and free-up and Lube and so on, on a Bench Top.

There is a tech tip on these. Check it out. Good luck. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 212 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 212 | Some very light 'taps' on the Crank End...tapping in it's long axis...might free it up now that it has had the ATF/Acetone soak.
Maybe run a small Bolt or Screw in all the way, to tap on that instead of the Shaft 'end' itself.
I have not seen one of these in a long time, but, if you can tap the opposite end, of course, alternate the light taps then.
You could also try warming it, say, 300 degrees, in an Oven...then let cool...then try working it back and forth and see if frees up then. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 212 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 212 | Can you post a link to some various views of it?
My 1946 Truck had one of course, but, last time I serviced the Crank Mechanism was 1976 and I am just not remembering it's engineering clearly. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 698 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 698 | There are several companies that offer to rebuild them. Given how fragile the casting is and how rare/expensive a replacement is I'd send it out. Just my 2 cents
