Is that a 235?If it is than the carter 2100S would be the replacement carb for it.

Just recently changed to a later model rochester monojet and the improvement in response is nice and smooth, the engine runs great at low, med., and high speeds. However the milage has fallen off a little, but that may be because my foot is into the gas pedal a little more.

Pete I didn't know they were decent.
