We have upgraded the brake master to a dual reservoir. Is there a new schematic that we could use to perhaps rerun the lines to take advantage of the new master? currently I have one line going to left front and second line going to the remaing three wheels.
My thinking would be to have 1 reservoir servicing the front 2 wheels and 1 reservoir for the back 2 wheels. Does that make sense? Is it needed? if so, any recommendations on line sizes?

When I installed the dual master cylinder I plumbed it 2 and 2. Are you still using the drum brakes front and back??
With 4 wheel drums you'll want a master cylinder with equal reservoirs/ pistons.
