3-speed or 4-speed?
Is parking brake on/near the top of the 4-speed transmission, or is is a foot-pedal actuated parking brake?
| | | | | Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 255 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 255 | Dave - you can pull the gear shift out by pressing down on that retaining ring around the top of the stick and then turning it counter-clockwise. Its a bit of a pain, but it will turn. I actually took an 18 inch two-by-four and drilled a little notch in it so that I could press down with some pressure and still turn it. | | |
