Upon removal of my old one, I broke off the rear shock's lower bolt or stud. I would like to know how to remove the remnants of the broken bolt from the ear of the leaf spring where it is attached. Is it splined and needs to be driven out through the back, or is it swedged and needs a good beating or drilling?

I am not sure where i saw them. Might be easier to just replace it? I removed mine pretty easily by loosening up the ubolt and it slide right. I am not sure if yours is the same way or not.

I found something close in the catalogues, but on mine the bottom plate of the leaf spring bracket has an ear on it for the stud. The catalogue ones were just a "L" shaped piece that appears to bolt onto 2 of the 4 leaf spring bolts. I mostly want to know how the stud on the lower shock mount can be removed.
