I've got a 46 3/4 ton [no bed] and am thinking about putting on a 1 ton flat bed. The "new" bed is 9 foot 3. Is all that overhang going to look really bad? And does anyone know if the bed rails will match?

I think it won't look right, but that's just my opinion. If you're fine with it then go for it.

Is the flat bed off of an Advanced Design or another Art Deco? Is it a factory bed (if they even existed)?

When I got my truck out of a barn 5 months ago I was not a fan of the bed it has on it but it has started to grow on me and one of the reasons is how much it can hold compared to the stock steel bed with trips to the home improvement stores it will be nice to put a whole sheet of paneling in and have the room to do it smile

This pic you can see it is only as wide as the running board and doesn't stick out crazy wide...
