Now that I have the engine back in my '53 1/2 ton, I need to re-connect and adjust the linkage for the 3-speed transmission (column shift). Does anyone have a drawing or photo showing the positions of the R-1 and 2-3 external levers on the transmission, when the gearbox is in neutral?

I have a shop manual. I guess I did not make my question clear.

What I am looking for is a side view of the transmission, showing the positions of both levers when the transmission is in neutral.

It's not the best quality but here's one
neutral

I just make sure it's the center position of both levers.
