Photos of customized TF trucks often show chrome or SS grilles which consist of just several horizontal bars. I have looked in several catalogs, but don't see these grilles offered. A little body work to your 57 fenders and a 55 upper grille mounting panel and it's over. That's the way I went on my 57 because of the crazy price of a 57 grille. Vintage Corvette Grille Teeth Have you parooozed the local scrap metal yard for interesting bits? You can drill out the rivets on the grilles and replace the bad pieces. You might setup an Ebay search that notifies you (by email) when a '57 grille is listed. Good luck!
