My return springs on the inside door handles seem pretty limp. Would that be why my door doesnt always close? Also, do you have to replace just the spring or the whole door relay linkage? Thanks - Scott

Scdascda,
I was having the same problem. If you can find an unbroken spring, the assembly can be taken apart and the spring replaced. A weak or broken spring will allow the door handle to stay in the back position and the door will not latch unless you manually push the handle forward before closing the door.

I found a couple complete relays with good springs for a dollar apiece at Carlisle Saturday. It was easier to put in the assembly than take it apart for the spring.
