Its a high gloss black primer and top coat. Just clean up with paint thinner. Don't do too much at once, or it takes a long time to cure. One coat dries to touch in about 20-30 minutes. There are patches for the front of the rear fenders available but they were not big enough for my area. I am not aware of patches for front fenders. After market metal fenders now available front and rear.$$.Zeke
