Today I got a chance to take some pictures of a customers 1955 2nd truck. Unfortunately the switch mount is not stock but the rest looks like it is. I hope this helps someone trying to set one up. Its from a 60's Ford. It was an improved version of what the Y-Blocks used.

It doesn't give the bracket dimensions however.
