Since this area is also covered by your florr covering you might be able to do an overlay of new material but that is a corner cutting method. The only patch panels I have seen for that area go from the toe board seam back to the front of teh seat. Nothing says you have to use the whole panel though. Be aware that your forward cab mounts are in that specific area also. They tend to trap the moisture which causes the rot in the first place. I ended up replacing the entire floor in front of the seat, but instead of replacing the entire toeboard for a few bad spots at the bottom edge, I cut out the bad spots and but-welded new metel in.

Finishing some sanding and after I figure out what to do with transmission panel, then I am going to prime, then Ryhno liner the bottom. When everything is dry, going to spray my main color on top of that. To see if I like the color.
