ANY feed back will be appreciated. THANKS | | | | | Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 1,747 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 1,747 |

Once these rubber parts get some wear in them, you will suffer the dreaded stuck in two gears syndrome and have to get out and unjam it. I made some brass bushings and can feel the shifting of the transmission through the gear shifter much better and I won't have to worry about replacing them. You might be able to find bronze bushings used for worn door hinges in the 'Help Rack' at a FLAPS that will work. Another problem is excessive wear of the shift rods that go in shifter arms on the transmission. I TIG welded the missing metal back on them to tighten them up.
