I can put it in the back of a 59 shortbed i am
planning on trailering about 600 miles.

I've had a cab in the back of a 1/2T fleetside, stacked a couple pallets to put it on so it was supported by the floor, not the steps, fit perfectly sideways - not sure about fitting in a stepside, might be too wide facing any direction

With the boards and fenders? A lot! Too much for me to move alone. I Could lift and slide the bed around by myself with the boards and fenders off. Best move I ever made was to slide it back and prop in place to address the back of the cab. To put on a trailer? Beer and friends seems to work well. Get 4 friends that is. Beer...well that depends on the 4 friends.
