I have a lead on a couple of local doors but they have a vent window and not sure about outer door handle style . My question is .what if any vent windowed door could be used on a 50 . 47-55 Advance-Design (and GMC New Design) doors can be used interchangeably.
The door-latches and door-catches have to match the year/style of the door. And, the door handle should match the year/style of the door (and its latch/catch).
Are you also asking if you can use a one-piece (47-50) side glass in a vent-window door?

If you decide to use a 1952-1955 door, you will run into problems with the door meeting the jam. Not only did they use a different latch and striker, they changed the jam making it difficult to interchange doors. I know people have interchanged these doors, but there is always a fit problem. Installing a vent window on a non-vent door requires a lot of metal modifications and would be very time consuming. The door/window opening on the 1947/1950 is narrow and this was changed in 1951 with the introduction of the vent window. The door garnishes will not work either. If my information is correct, and you are looking for a door that is period correct, then you will want a door from a 47,48,49,or 50. The info I have is 50 was the last year for one piece door windows, with a twist door handle. 51 was the transitional year with one piece window, but push button door handle. From then on it was a vent window, with a push button handle.
