Have a stock 58 235 from an apache, is the stock cam hydraulic or not? Just curious, debating whether I should pull the head to have checked at machine shop or not, running motor was putting in another truck. Also, was the remote oil filter cannister an option? This one has zero filtration device on it. came from long wheel base work truck, 3 speed on column. 235 one barrel carb. THANK YOU

All truck 235's came stock with a solid lifter cam. That does not mean it couldn't have been changed at some time.
Oil filters were an option.
