Where can I find the copper sealing washer that goes on the top bolt of the Fram oil filter canister? This is on a 1949 Chevrolet 3100 series 1/2 pickup witha 216 cu.i. engine.

I got a fiber washer the correct size at my local hardware store...no problems

Any auto parts store should have one. Most good hardware stores should have them also.

I bought a set of them from Princess Auto, the Canadian version of Harbor Freight. Here they are at Harbor Freight. Coppeer washers I put a new one on my oil pan too.
