So, are they worth keeping for a future sale/swap or just pitch them?
One of them is good, the other probably needs rebuilt.

There are a number of "original" folks who would like to have them for spares or to finish a restoration. While you won't be able to retire the national debt with what you make on them I'd put them on ebay if you're not wanting them.
