called him today- I'm still checking around for a set of faster gears for my old 61 GMC 1/2 ton rearend. he seemed to think he might know someone that might have something and said he'd do some checking . unfortunately so far no results. and I still have conflicting info as far as whether the GMC is the same as a chevy or not. when I get home I need to really scour off all the old baked on sand and red dirt and try to find any identification that might be on it somewhere.
