Anyway, I'm going to go look at one tomorrow that is for sale cheap and he is calling it a 1 ton. 1952 Chevrolet, cargo doors, no rust at all ?! New Mexico truck, original wheels, no seats, no motor, no trans, no glass, no title.
I guess my question is how many lug and what size wheels make it what as far as 1 ton vs 3/4

Most parts will interchange with the half ton panel. That looks like a great deal and it being from New Mexico usually means very little rust.

I did not realize what it was at the time as I had only seen the 1/2 ton panels. The size of it really surprised me.
They are addicting. I don't plan on doing anything with mine for at least 2 years and yet I have already had the seats rebuilt so I have something to sit on and dream, and I just picked up a 1959 235 with the 848 heads to put under the hood.
