Greetings all, does anyone have a source for replacement glass other than J.C. I love J.C. but it's a bit pricey there. :-)

JC doesn't make glass, so if they offer it they're sourcing it from a glass company, check with your local auto glass shops, might be listed

chevs of the forties has it in clear, grey and green. They also carry the rubber around the rear window. It's not going to be cheap wherever you get it, unless it's used, then you have clarity and possibly scratches to deal with. Place an ad in the swap meet section for used glass.

Here's one a little cheaper metro parts market

You can get templates for the side widows if you have a local glass shop that can make the side glass for you.

I got mine from Jim Carter. None of these specialty parts are "cheap".

Thanks everyone, I did have all my glass cut at my buddies glass shop and I do have the rear glass but it has scratches in it. Before I buy a new one I think I'll check YouTube to see if there's a way to polish it. Maybe I'll even experiment a little seeing how the worst care scenario would be to purchase a replacement from JC. :-)
