I have a '46 1.5 ton and I'm looking for a smaller frame to put it on when I restore it. There's a '51 one ton single rear wheel coming up in an auction. The sheet metal is not very good so I think it might be cheap. How much work would it take to make the '46 cab and front clip fit onto the '51 frame? Just curious if it's worth making a trip to this auction. Any advice will be appreciated.

Jeff

Check the track width, it is probably too wide. 41 to 46 frames are available all the time.
