Do you have a good local radiator shop? You can have one built using the original radiator frame, and even the stock upper tank for a stock look, for less that most of the aftermarket radiators run, and it will fit for sure with no mods.

I've been looking at one from championradiator.com. They seem to have good prices.

Be Cool makes great rads. My dad has one is his '52 and it keeps his 454 very cool. They're more expensive but it's worth the money. They have direct fit rads for your application. I see the champion mentioned above has direct fit for your application as well, but they're more smaller cores, instead of larger, fewer cores. I would go with larger cores but fewer, myself. It just works and flows better that way.

I recently saw these guys at a local swap meet. Their radiators looked solid, quality welds and good prices. Auto City Classic out of Minnesota.

Griffin Radiators is another source, but a bit high priced. I've used Griffin aluminum radiators along with aluminum Stewart water pumps. GREAT combination with NO overheating issues. Both products were excellent quality.
