| | | | Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 3 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 3 | Hi! I'm new to this so bare with me. I have a 67 1/2 ton chevy. It's a short bed sidestep with the small back window. I bought it at a Nave auction in the mid 70's. I took out the three on the tree and the 250 6 it came with. It now has a 283 and a four speed. I also added Edelbrok high rise manifold with a four barrel carb, headers and electronic ignition.
It was a daily driver and went everywhere I needed it to go. I had to park it in 96 because it needed some exhaust. Last time it ran was 2006 and it had a miss.
I think I need to sell to a good family but, I don't know the value. I'll post photos when I figure how. I got a flickr account and posted a few photos. But, I must confess I'm lost at how to link or show them here. any tips would be great. I think that if you go to flickr.com/photos/11830093@NO5/ you should see photos. I know there must be an easier way. I even put in photo of the brass navy id plate. It's mounted on the glove box door.
I don't want to break any rules about selling on the wrong forum, So, I hope it's okay to ask this, how much should I ask for? I want to be fair but, I don't want to give it away.
She has rust issues but, it's still a solid truck.
