If I were to fabricate a "link arm" to passenger wiper from drivers wiper, would that be too much for one vacuum motor? The motor works very good - and I think I have seen something similar on other trucks. Any thoughts or pix? | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | isn't there the provision on the pass. side for a motor? considering that vacuum wipers don't do all that good except in the best of conditions, it doesn't seem likely, but you could always try, there were setups that used one motor to drive 2 arms, but they may have had stronger motors

You're better off with individual motors. | | | | Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 1,384 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 1,384 | The '48 2 ton is factory with 1 vacuum motor running 2 wipers. Was this motor stronger? | | |
