I put it on ramps in the front and jack stands in the rear. When i put it in gear nothing happens the transmission is doing nothing !!!! If not, it may take a while (and more fluid ) to begin to drive the converter enough

is the transmission linkage connected? Even an electronic trans can use and need a shifter linkage (4L80E, for instance);
otherwise, I would look into the elctronics: is the computer programmed for a 4L60E? Is everything connected properly? Any wire hanging somewhere? Did you use all the engine/trans grounds?
Electronics/electricity can be annoying, I have 2 old cars with EFI: on one of them, I had forgotten to connect the trigger wire to the starter motor, on the other one, I had forgotten the fuel pump fuse... Each time, it took me some time and some swearing...

Are you sure you engaged the torque converter to the pump correctly before bolting the bell housing up? Are you sure you engaged the torque converter to the pump correctly before bolting the bell housing up? If the tangs weren't correctly aligned, that will ruin the pump. X2, converter slips forwards a bit, not noticed, breaks lugs on pump when bolting transisssion case to engine. Takle a trans cooler line loose & fire it off, should get lots of ATF flow. Missing or broken trans filter? Also even with out any electrical connection this transmission will have reverse & 3rd gears.
