For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 206 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 206 | My '65 C20 is in my son's auto body shop now for some work and a repainting. I want to use the original paint code which I believe is 510 for turquoise. Is this correct?

I believe the firewall still has the original paint. Perhaps they can scan that with the camera for a match.

Give them you year, color name, and paint code. Give them PPG code 43276 ( from the link that Bill posted ). That code is shown on the TCP Global website - it looks like they might sell a paint for that code. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 206 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 206 | Thanks Tim. My son found it today at NAPA under the original code number. Hopefully they will get it right. Rob
