I am redoing the brakes on a 1945 1 1/2 ton truck. I need to purchase the brass blocks, crush washers and banjo bolts for the rear wheel cylinders. I have found one online source for the blocks but nothing for the bolts or washers. Does anyone know of part numbers for a local source like NAPA, Autozone, or whatever to get these parts?

Hy Memphisdoug, could you tell us the thread size and overall length of the banjo bolts you are looking for?

Hy Memphisdoug, further research has yielded the fact that the wheel cylinder thread is 7/16"X 20 t.p.i.. Raybestos still lists their p/n H5373 1 3/8" o.a.l. and H5374 1 3/16" o.a.l., both of these parts are available at RockAuto for less than two dollars apiece. The copper washers should be available at any F.L.A.P.S. once you know what size you need, they are a pretty precise fit, hope that helps.

Any clues on where to get the blocks that the brake line threads into and the banjo bolts secure to the wheel cylinders?

Hy Memphisdoug, the numbers I gave you are for the banjo bolts you were looking for. I thought you said in your first post you had found a source of the blocks?

Yeah - I found the blocks online. I was just hoping there might be a local source like NAPA that I could get them from if I new a part number to ask for.
